CHINA-US BUSINESS LEADERS ROUNDTABLE
As China's economy
grows at a rapid pace and has been gradually integrated into the world
economy, the economic tie between China and the United States is
becoming unbreakable. CEF and NYSE Euronext's are well positioned and
share the common interest in promoting exchange, understanding and
dialogue between influential business leaders in China and the United
States.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
China-US Business Leaders Roundtable
This is an exclusive program attended by a selective
group of 30 top American business leaders and 30 top Chinese business
leaders. Mr. Duncan Niederauer, CEO of NYSE Euronext, and Mr. Yuan Tian,
Chairman of CEF, shall jointly chair the Roundtable and give opening
remarks.
The Roundtable represents the very first time that the
most influential business leaders of the two countries come together to
share their visions on global economies. Such discussions will have a
tremendous impact on the economic development and business cooperation
between the two countries and the world at large.
A list of Chinese business leaders that have either
confirmed attendance or been invited with confirmation pending is
attached hereto.
Panels (Group Discussions)
Immediately following the Roundtable, participants will
be divided into four panels to hold further discussions of specific
interest and will be held simultaneously. The 60 business leaders who
participated in the Roundtable program may choose to participate in any
panel that may interest them the most.

hereto.
Dinner
A reception dinner will be hosted by Co-Sponsors
following the panel discussions. It provides a further informal
opportunity for business leaders to recollect their thoughts at the
panel discussions and share their insights on such intellectual
exchange, to get further acquainted with each other and for some to
engage in more specific talks on particular business cooperation. It is
designed to help create a setting most conducive to new business
relationship.
