JC Asia Alpha seeks to invest in a diversified portfolio of small-mid size companies in Consumer growth industries. We target investment opportunities in profitable companies that offer exceptional value and price appreciation potential.    The companies must enjoy high profit margins, exhibit dominant market positions, exclusive licenses, experienced founding management teams, and unique high quality services or products. We invest in high growth  industries that have the potential to leverage global capabilities with low cost structures.

The JC Asia Alpha strategy is stage independent, starting from profitable growth to more mature, special situations. Given our view of Asia’s economic evolution, we invest in successful businesses with high quality operating net income via Senior Secured Debt.

Many of JC Asia Alpha’s investment opportunities come from a referral network made up of people close to JC Asia Alpha; i.e. business leaders, entrepreneurs, private equity investors, senior government officials, and our affiliates. This network, extending to China, Japan, Korea, Europe and the United States, assists JC Asia Alpha source investment opportunities.
